VetAgent records which screens are used, by role and hospital, never by name, to improve the product — and who writes to Vera, and by which channel. For the people Vera works with, it also records which of her reports and cards they open, when the app keeps them waiting, and which products her messages to them were about, to their name, so Vera can offer them the next step; only the people VetAgent has confirmed with your group's leadership may see those names, by name.
